Led the design of a role-based access control (RBAC) matrix for a highly regulated Funds Department, keeping access audit-ready and aligned to segregation-of-duties requirements.
Zero Trust Access Enforcement
Designed Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies enforcing MFA, device compliance, and location restrictions for sensitive data and critical applications.
Cloudflare Zero Trust Rollout
Deployed Cloudflare WARP across all end-user devices — Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS — replacing legacy VPN with a monitored, secured connection.
Incident Response
Investigated identity-based security incidents (MFA failures, risky sign-ins, conditional access bypass attempts) with ~80% first-contact resolution.
Enterprise SSO Integration
Registered and configured secure Single Sign-On in Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise applications including Zoom, InfoTech, and n8n.
